YES, we are accepting new clients and would love to welcome you into our therapy family! Here's the process for setting up your first appointment:
Step 1. Contact us with the following information:
If you will be using insurance to cover your session:
(If you are not the primary subscriber on the card, we need the full name, date of birth, and address for the subscriber.)
From this information, we will create a profile for you and schedule your appointment.
Step 2. We will verify your insurance benefits (if applicable) and send you an email from our office with a good faith estimate to communicate your financial responsibility for sessions.
Step 3. Look for an auto-generated email from our practice software, "TherapyAppointment," with a link to create your client portal. When prompted for your birthday, enter it with no spaces and no punctuation. Set up your client portal and complete all documents prior to 24 hours before your appointment.
Step 4. Look to receive a text message from our office confirming your appointment date & time and providing arrival instructions.
Lastly, two days before any appointment, you will receive an auto-generated text from our practice software using an (828) area code. Please reply YES to confirm this appointment. It will update your appointment in our system. IMPORTANT: To cancel or change an appointment, you must contact our office directly at 469-491-6668 or by e-mail.
If you are seeking counseling for a child under 18, there are additional requirements for families with a shared custody situation. Please contact us for information on next steps.

Without insurance: Individual sessions are $130.
We DO NOT accept insurance for couples or family therapy. Sessions are $150.
At this time, we are not accepting EAP, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage Plans.
We are located on the corner of Virginia Parkway & Stonebridge Drive in McKinney. Our office is in the Kastel Bldg in Adriatica. When you arrive, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. After exiting the elevator, look to your RIGHT for an interior window overlooking the waiting area. This is the private 3rd floor waiting area away from the metal patio furniture outside of the elevator. Paul will meet you in the waiting area. We do not have a check-in desk.
