We are scheduling clients in our McKinney location on a daily basis. Please see the Contact Page, send a message, or call to learn more about our unique appointing process.
(Our Carrollton location is not accepting new clients at this time.)
1. Set up your account: please call us with the following information:
If you will be using insurance to cover your session:
(If you are not the primary subscriber on the card, we need the full name, date of birth, and address for the subscriber.)
2. Next, we will verify your insurance benefits (if applicable) and send you a DocuSign link via Email to complete your new client packet. You will sign online electronically and the packet will automatically return to us when you have finished. You do not need an App or an account to use this DocuSign service.
3. Last, the DocuSign forms will be used to create your account. You are now ready to schedule appointments. Please call us for complete details on our current scheduling process.
If you are seeking counseling for your child, you will be asked to complete the DocuSign packet and return custody/parenting plan documents, if applicable.
McKinney
There is no check-in desk at this location. When you exit the elevator on the 3rd floor, please have a seat in the waiting area to your right. Paul will meet you there at your appointment time.
Carrollton
This information is provided for existing clients. We are not accepting new clients in the Carrollton office: When you exit the elevator on the 3rd floor, please let the receptionist know you have an appointment with Paul. If the desk is unattended, please have a seat in the waiting area. Either way, Paul will meet you there at your appointment time.
